Tariffs
The rates are as follows:
Peak Periods (17th December–31st January)
- $295.00 per night - minimum 5 nights
Shoulder Periods (1st February–28th February, Easter, April & October school holidays, Long weekends & Crab festival)
Non-peak (all other times)
- $200.00 per night - minimum 3 nights
All rentals incur a $80.00 per stay cleaning fee and require a $250.00 bond. Linen hire available at extra cost.
