Bouvard Stay is a large contemporary residence and is fully furnished and fitted out. The accommodation includes:
- 1 large master bedroom with private deck and views, ensuite with double shower, private WC and walk in robe
- 3 double rooms (one queen, one double, one with two single beds)
- A massive living/dining area with uninterrupted views of the estuary, and access to a large outdoor deck with BBQ
- A separate activity/reading room
- A huge kitchen (with views), including dishwasher, twin fridge and freezer, bar fridge, two ovens, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher and walk in pantry
- A laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A guest bathroom and WC
- Undercover parking for 4 cars
- Undercover activity area with table tennis, table-soccer and dartboard
- An outdoor woodfired pizza oven
Other furnishing and fixtures include:
- A full suite of furniture to all rooms, and the outdoor decks
- DVD/CD/video and TV with a selection of discs and tapes
- A variety of board games/cards/reading material
- All kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery
- All laundry needs including an iron and ironing board
Available on request (and at additional cost) are contemporary linen and towels.
